Google today rolled out a new update for the YouTube app for Android with a bottom navigation bar. The new design sees the company ditching the top navigation bar in favor of a bottom one that is easier to reach with your thumb. The bottom tab is available on all pages of the tab so as to facilitate quick and easy navigation. The updated app now comes with separate “Account” and “Library” sections, with the former containing all account related settings while the latter houses all your playlists, viewing history, and uploads. The app now also remembers the position where you left off one each tab, so you can easily pick up where you left off. https://youtu.be/2aGE-HcjUwU A mini changelog as provided by on Google’s product forums is as follows: The design has already been available on iOS version of the YouTube app and is now being rolled out to the Android app.
