Well, now we can announce that in the most recent version of the tech giant Microsoft’s latest operating system, Windows 10 Insider Preview, although the software giant has not officially announced it, but, it has been possible to see that a movement is going to take place that for many could consider as historical in the system. We say this because the popular Paint application of which we have spoken and that has existed for so long in Windows, will no longer come pre-installed in the next version of Windows 10, so it will be finally replaced by Paint 3D. You have to be very clear that this significant change does not mean that the mythical Paint will disappear completely, because, although it is not integrated by default in Windows as a pre-installed application, it will be available in the tech giant Microsoft’s official App Store, it means that it will be available for all those who still want to use it. In fact, it has been possible to see a message referring to the program itself that says “this version of Paint will soon be replaced by Paint 3D, although the classic version of the tool will be available in the Windows store”.
Paint will disappear as a pre-installed application in Windows 10
So this is a change that will take place next to the launch of the next update Windows 10 Redstone 4, something that will take place in the spring of the next year 2019. In fact, this change from the classic Paint application to a more modern version is not at all surprising, especially if we consider that the latest version of Paint 3D fits better with the latest Microsoft movements in Windows 10. As some of you may recall, this is a change that was originally planned for the Fall Creators update, but in the end, the tech giant Microsoft decided to keep both versions following the requests and opinions of the users themselves. And it goes without saying that having two different Paint applications in a single Windows 10 is a little while, also limits the use and acceptance that the tech giant Microsoft claims to have with the latest version of the tool by the users of the operating system. On the other hand, it is also true that Paint 3D is a much more complex application that also includes several advanced tools, which is precisely one of the reasons why many people prefer to continue using the classic application that only offers basic functions for drawing and edition of photographs.
